I bought a few meters to play around with making a spare seat for my packraft. Adhesion between the nylon and the TPU coating is excellent, which makes for surprisingly strong welds for such a lightweight fabric. I’ve paddled with the seat for maybe 20-25 hours so far, and it’s still going strong.
